There are certain tasks related to home ownership that need to be done on a regular schedule. We will set you up so that the leaves are cleaned from your gutters before winter arrives, your septic tank is pumped every three years and your blacktop driveway is sealed to prevent cracking. We will also perform an annual inspection of your roof, exterior paint and yard and recommend any action that is required to protect your home investment.

Budgeting, Check Writing and Balancing Checkbooks

Some seniors have trouble managing their finances which may place their independence at risk. We help seniors with tasks like developing a budget, writing checks and balancing their checkbook. The senior makes all financial decisions and retains check signing responsibility.
